- Great work, might get a bit hectic sometime - Good work life balance - Cab facility for employees - Frequent travels - Ranked best place to work (Rank < 10) continuously from last 3 years - Awesome leadership who are open for ideas, suggestions and feedback - Self sustained team, with very low dependencies from US or any other region - Superb GYM and facilities like. Yoga and GYM instructor etc. - Fully stocked pantry. kitchen and in-house canteen

Cons

- Too many re-org sometimes - Too many surveys - to increase employee engagement :)

Pros

Great technical challenges to solve, amazing colleagues, all the tools/support you need to do the best work of your life. Never boring, highly engaged employees. Only company I know of that puts the employee's needs before everything else.

Cons

I do not see any cons under the current leadership, but since I have to put here something, I would say all the pros that I have listed above are from the perspective of mu business unit. Experiences across BU's vary.
