Pros

-Benefits are top notch. -Many of the employees are awesome partners.

Cons

-The frequent changes to upper management mean yearly changes to many large projects. -Customer service is terrible and you rarely find a representative that is properly trained or knows who has the proper information. -While the company preaches their employee focus it is not the case. As with any major company they are only there for the all might buck.

Pros

- Good culture in general. CEO & leaders host townhall at a regular basis so employees are on the same page on where the company are heading to. - Intuit itself are big in internal mobility. If you are an adventurer, you will get many opportunities to build your career in various way.

Cons

- Too many processes, docs...it's been a consistent challenge for teams to discover the assets/knowledge they need. - Networking is really a key to be part of high visibility project. My teammate can somehow switch to another project which is not owned by my team nor my boss. There's no internal defined process for engineers to apply, simply who has networking with someone high.
