Pros

- Pay is great, until you realize you are working 70+ hours a week - Commiserating with other colleagues makes you feel less alone - If you search hard enough there are good people here just very poor leadership and management creates a toxic, confusing environment

Cons

- Unrealistic expectations with dwindling teams. Recent focus on performance has everyone on edge, fearful, anxious. After years of a "free for all", all of a sudden everyone feels like they are on the chopping block. Management does nothing to address it. - People managers who have never.... been trained, given time for proper transitions, been given direction from their leaders. - Overall just toxic environment, petty drama, "mean girl" vibes

Pros

-Benefits are top notch. -Many of the employees are awesome partners.

Cons

-The frequent changes to upper management mean yearly changes to many large projects. -Customer service is terrible and you rarely find a representative that is properly trained or knows who has the proper information. -While the company preaches their employee focus it is not the case. As with any major company they are only there for the all might buck.
