After you get past the cool building amenities, hand crafted job titles that misrepresent the actual job, meaningless HR surveys, beautifully packaged propaganda about training and supporting employee development, diversity, and doing the right thing.... well there's not much substance to it all... like eating a Twinkle. It looks good, taste good, but there's little nutritional value. There's an unsettling amount of organizational changes, more than a reasonable amount and with little notice and no explanation. The internal pay/promotion structure is a Rubik's Cube that tilts slightly left of reasonable and is shrouded in secrecy, despite the masses repeatedly asking for the full picture. Basically the company is made of various groups and levels of management either doing their best to do what they think is right, doing what they think makes them look good, or doing what they want because there's little accountability for bad behavior or poor performance in management. There are good managers there, you just have to find them and hold on so if you just want a job or a resume builder, this should work.
