Company should be embarrassed to brag about profits and not give salary increases to their middle management employees for years. Senior management needs to remember you will not retain top talent by not paying your employees, and without top talent, there will be no profits to brag about.

The company itself is great. Many different lines of business to choose from. Commission structure is about average for the industry.

Cons

Micro Managing is at an all time high. Low Base Salary. Management needs to be evaluated. Some of the technology is slacking compared to other banks. Too much pressure on sales. Most support numbers we have to call are with outsourced employees.

I have been with the firm 2 years and in those 2 years, I've seen the cleaning crew vacuum only twice. We walk in every morning and our desks are covered in black soot from the vents. Every 3 hours we have to wipe down our desks. The carpets are so filthy, that I dropped something and it laid there for 3 weeks before it was picked up. Our office in Tampa, FL the Fountain Square hub has a lot of people with allergies and bad asthma. These are horrible conditions to have employees working under. When employees get sick and continue to get sick then they have to take the penalty for missing a day.
