      Pros

      I've been with Jaggaer for 3+ years and I'm more excited about the company and where we are headed than at any other time I've been here. The new leadership, focused strategy and aggressive produce development approach will only help us make 2018 an outstanding year for Jaggaer.

      Cons

      Change is always a challenge in regards to internal communication and focus. As the company continues to grow and acquire other companies, we need to make sure we continue to share the vision and strategy with the employee base. Not necessarily a "con", but more of a bit of advice.

      Pros

      A company that is laser focused on the things that matter. Management pays attention to its customers, products, competition and finances. Winning in the market produces career opportunities, wealth creation and job stability and boosts employee morale. Corporate history and the drama associated with restructuring the company is yesterday’s news. The focus now is on the future and fulfilling the corporate vision.

      Cons

      Employees need to bring their A game daily. A flat org chart, minimal layers of management and zero based budgeting means employees at all levels are challenged. Everyone should understand how their role, daily decisions and management recommendations are driving the business forward.
