Pros

I've worked here over three years and this company has gone thru many many changes to management, product and focus over the last three years. I almost left a couple of times but I stayed and I'm glad. Since the company has changed over the last year it is a much better place to work. I feel that we are moving ahead and that we are getting our customers back on track. We are focusing on the customer and delivery good product on time. There is plenty of opportunity to grow your career and skill set.

Cons

Still some complainers (but then any company has them) - - suggestion to them is get on board with building a company that has good product, that customers like and want to continue to work with us or just leave!

Change is Good!

Pros

So many great things happening within Jaggaer right now and I am excited to be apart of it! Change is constantly happening and where some people may not be able to adapt well to it, I think all the change occurring within the company is nothing but good. These changes teach us to be resilient and adaptable- both invaluable traits to learn in the workplace. There is always something new and exciting to work on - no two days are the same! Creating a great company culture is something that is really important to Jaggaer and it shows! They offer fitness reimbursements, pool table and ping pong table in the break room, monthly company luncheons, health fairs, employee appreciation breakfasts, yoga classes, and I know there is even more in the works for next year!

Cons

The pace at which things change can seem rattling for some, however change is inevitable and constant when a business is seeking growth and success. I have enjoyed learning from the change as well as adapting through it with my team.

Change - It Happens

Pros

The number one thing I think Jaggaer has is/was the people. The teams that have been there or were previously created were great. I haven't been there in a little while so I don't know if it is the same, but I can honestly say that the people were the best thing about Jaggaer. If you are looking at Jaggaer right now, I can say that there is a great deal of opportunity to try and do new things where you get your hands wet in a great deal of areas. I am not sure it is the best long term option for growth, but you can definitely get some great experience stepping in the door.

Cons

Change happens, but how you handle the change is the biggest thing. Change can be good, bad, or go unknown. I think the change from SciQuest to Jaggaer was not the smoothest. There was a great deal of change and communication was not as open as it could have been. I know you cannot share everything, but there was a great deal of distrust from top to bottom.
