      Pros

      JAGGAER is a great company to work for, especially due to its supportive and knowledgeable lower management. The team culture is strong, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and make an impact. However, the higher leadership has gone through several changes, and at times, they seem disconnected from customer needs. Despite this, the company continues to innovate and provides a solid work environment with good benefits and work-life balance.

      Frequent leadership changes, higher management can be disconnected from customer needs and some strategic decisions feel out of touch with day-to-day operations.
