      - Stock Options - Decent Coworkers

      Cons

      - SQ pretends to have a great culture but doesn't. Management is useless and throws employees under the bus constantly. - They say they want experienced consultants, but treat them like workers just breaking into the business. - Senior Management is self-absorbed, doesn't truly care about the team.

We agree that the consultants in Professional Services are highly skilled, experienced professionals who contribute tremendously to the success of our customers. The PS team is appreciated by all levels of management and we will continue to strive to improve to ensure each person knows their individual contribution is hugely valuable!

      Pros

      You will find some great coworkers. Good team work. It is a good place to start ones career.

      Cons

      CEO is possibly the worst person I have encountered, ever. We all know that a productive CEO has narcissistic traits. But they don't have to be a (expletive) Narcissists. If you see him in the hall, it's best to just turn 90 degrees and stare at the wall till he passes.
