Good at first, progressively worse after IPO

Pros

Frankly, I wouldn't recommend working there at this point.

Cons

After the IPO management decided to cull higher paid employees, regardless of performance. Micro-management became the rule. Turnover became high, morale dropped, and current employees with whom I'm still friends are trying to get out.

Nope - Absolutely Not Worth It

Pros

The compensation and benefits are fair, and a yearly salary increase is on par with leaders in the industry. There are some great people here that I’ve been honored to call my colleagues.

Cons

It’s cliche to say, but this place really is a meat grinder. There’s absolutely no respect for your work-life balance, and mid-level managers on up will readily guilt and punish you if you won’t commit to a working a schedule well outside of normal business hours. I understand every company will have its fair share of incompetent employees, but even from your first week at JAGGAER, it’s apparent that every department is plagued by incompetence, and it pulls everyone down as a whole. This company wide B-team breeds a culture of backbiting and constant finger pointing, because as goals are not met quarter after quarter, these individuals blame and explain away their failures on other teams and employees. The CYA culture here is so demoralizing, and managers and sales think nothing of throwing others under the bus to the C-suite when deals fall through or quotas are not met. JAGGAER consistently tries to cut corners by outsourcing entire departments overseas and to contractors. Despite seeing how the quality of work has diminished because of this, they continue to under-resource US based staff, and double-down with outsourcing. It’s mind-boggling to see how JAGGAER believes they can recruit top talent, but expect to pay pennies on the dollar for it. Ultimately - the company feels like it’s in an internal tailspin, with an endless stream of conflict, firings and underperformance. A month here will make you wonder how the whole place stays afloat despite the constant state of disarray. You owe it to yourself, your family, and your sanity to work somewhere else.

Pros

There used to be great people there, and the work/life balance was great for a long time too. Now, we've been trying to "do more with less" for so long there's more work to do than can reasonably be done.

Cons

Lots of people are leaving (rats off a sinking ship) and no back filling is in sight. Morale is low and there few signs of improvement.
