Pros

Work life balance is great, flexible and includes an onsite bar for a Thursday drinks in the office should you wish to attend on a weekly basis. Given responsibility and ownership early into procurement career feel a part of the team.

Cons

Feedback System is negative style to newcomers. Senior Consultants do not wish to collaborate with the other Consultants whom lack knowledge on a part of JAGGAER platform, very few who are willing to help. Asking questions is a problem.

It is a great slow paced enviroment

Pros

Great for beginners, as the enterprise moves slow, and there is a lot of area and time to grow.

Cons

You feel like you are stagnating. Projects got removed, you are being shuffled from one area to other.

Pros

I will speak specifically for yhe data science team (as I am not familiar with the others). The team lead (Emir) is phenomenal, encouraging and overall a great person. The team is fantastic! We do interesting projects and stay up to date with SOTA tech.

Cons

No performance based bonus is sometimes a bummer.
