      Pros

      Great people, with a feeling of a work family. Good benefits. Flexible work schedules. Lots of challenging problems, with continued development. Great products.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is not always very transparent and, from a less-senior perspective, not always making good decisions because of lack of input from others "in the trenches." NOTE: New CEO may have changed how this works.

      Growth opportunities + great work/life balance

      Pros

      Great people & great environment if you like to grow and develop your career. 4+ years in, and I have never felt stagnant, which is important to me. I have also had wonderful managers and that makes all the difference in whether you enjoy your work.
