      Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Company

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, work from home. Prior to the AKKR acquisition, the work environment was acceptable.

      Cons

      Revolving door of people. Abysmal leadership that resulted in a terribly toxic culture/work environment. Closed door policy. Constant passing of the buck. "My way or highway" attitudes amongst leadership. Zero consideration of employees being the company's most valuable asset. Sub-par software

      The company has definitely been through a great deal of change over the past two months. We recognize that it was not easy or pleasant for many employees, but we believe it was necessary to position the company for success. We are in a good place now and ready to move forward.

      Pros

      Used to be a great company, both from SciQuest and also BravoSolution side.

      Cons

      Zero concern for employees, extremely low morale, unhappy clients. Talented employees continue to leave the organization. Mass layoffs with zero transition (including of executive team) led to complete chaos and customer satisfaction issues. No opportunities for employee growth or investment on career development. Management is abysmal.

      - Free fountain drinks - My team was good while they were here - New CTO seems to have an idea of where to go

      Cons

      - Infrastructure is a mess - New owners are shady, liars, and overall terrible - Horrid morale - Penny wise, dollar foolish - No life balance in IT - you are on call 24/7

      Getting the company on the right track required some swift and significant changes. We know that was difficult, but there was no way around it. Our current management is very interested in your feedback and your concerns. Building the future we want for SciQuest will take all of us, and we hope you’ll be an active part of that team.
