Management continues to tell the employees lies even when it is clear that they are lying. Mass layoffs, continuing individual layoffs, removal of existing benefits, low morale, no work life balance, the list goes on and on. Even as they lay off people that are good workers and have no warning they continue to tell the remaining employees that these employees were doing poorly and were warned to improve. We work day in and day out with these people, we would be the first to know if they were poor performers. Why the lies? The remaining people are hoping that the company sells soon to a buyer that actually cares about the employees while there is still something left to save. I would stay far away if you have any other opportunities for a paycheck.

Professional Services is understaffed to a nearly crippling degree with no real signs of back-filling vacated positions. Many people are just floating along and don't contribute. The environment is extremely toxic; the more problems you try to solve, the more you are ultimately blamed for. There has been no real change since "new" management came in. For the record: hiring a new and completely detached executive board of puppets, while leaving the exact same middle level management in place, does NOT constitute change.
