Pros

Was in the ASC team in Richardson/Plano. Very lax environment and company culture is really nice. You can go an entire day doing absolutely nothing but some days it can be non-stop work but even that isn't bad. Nice co-workers and helpful team to help you with any issues.

Cons

Dysfunctional training/meetings and documentation is unorganized for some engineering work. No bonuses or merits, unless you consider a pat on the back as one. Little to no room for growth unless you go corporate. Unequal sense of work vs return ethics. High turn-over rate.

As an organization it gives you every opportunity to learn. You can switch group not only within the platform, but even to other platform if you are capable.

Cons

You might be working on a project from different time zones(like USA & etc) which sometimes makes work-life balance poor.

Great benefits, professional, nice office, decent pay.

Cons

Inside promoting is almost non existent. Certain sites have high turnover and the company structure seems in shambles since the merger. There are too many managers who do not know what is going on or simply don't care.
