I've been with JCI for over 15 years and there's a reason why I've been with them for so long. Some of the highlights: - Competitive pay - Great benefits - Work-life balance - Great management team and culture - Challenging work - Loads of opportunities - Autonomy and freedom to work from home or in the office

Cons

None at all. This is one of the best organizations that I've been part of. I have absolutely no desire to leave.
