Pros

People are Amazing an you can move up in the company fairly quickly. They also pay you to get you trained in different areas you are interested in or want to be apart of.

Cons

HR sucks an it took me 8 months to even get hired on as a actual JCI employee because HR drags their feet. My supervisor an myself kept bugging them but they did not care.
