Pros

Being able to work indoors in a good environment was a huge pro. The pay and benefits that came along with the job were also exceptional. Having good management is a key factor anywhere and I got a lot of good training from the team.

Cons

The workload at times could become overwhelming and the hours were very unreliable forcing employees to work most weekends with no schedule.
