Pros

- decent 401K plan - manageable workload - provides free meals frequently - comfortable job for the long run (but no growth)

Cons

- no training program - (depending on your gender) might face sexual harassment & other witnesses will also shrug it off - little to no room for career growth - does not pay for unused PTO. Learn from me and use it all!!

Pros

Business models include satisfying ethical components. Saving energy, increasing comforts of customer physical work surroundings, customer worker satisfactions, and increasing customer margins are all honorable contributions to our collective human environment.

Cons

The publicly financed national corporate structure can & often will prioritize quarterly reporting gains over local long term business investments. This company's market share should be 4X as large as current sales & net income.

Pros

Good Benefits, Interesting work, Good Office Environment, Good Pay, Good food at the Seminars.

Cons

Too many seminars, Far distance to travel to the Seminars, for the most part they are a waste of time and money. All of the corporate software is archaic - cumbersome - not intuitive - plus forces one to insert non-relative information.
