salary is the only factor that is nice

Cons

Bad experience with culture. No hands on training. They will leave you alone and would want you to learn. Hire for something but would ask to work on something else. They can fire you under their so called - FALSE high-performance culture. HR never helps even if they know the employee is not at fault.
