      Great pay, but management's micromanagement is frustrating

      Great pay and Paid time off.

      Cons

      Management is very numbers driven. Micromanage truck gps and on-time rates. No Training or Career advancement opportunities.

      Jci is the best company I have ever worked for because of the amazing people I am privileged to work with. Personally I have an excelent customer base.

      Cons

      This is a self starter company, but this is common. Everyone wants to help, but you do have to put the effort in.
