Pros

Johnson Controls is a great place to learn and develop your skills in the HVAC industry. It is a large company (fortune 100) with training and online resources readily available to thrive in the industry. A lot of the processes are already established making it easy to jump in line and perform your respective job duties.

Cons

Johnson Controls is ever changing, sometimes too quickly! It is great to be with a company that supports change and adapts to the market however, changing to often leads to frustration and confusion.

I work with knowledgable employees that drive to succeed everyday and work to support our customer and ensure their success. Senior Management is very supportive and provides the necessary support to ensure success.

Cons

Facilities was the forgotten step child of the company and was not provided support. Customers were not happy with the management services and the fact it was sold is proof enough.
