Pros

A lot of work which equates to steady employment. Some good employees that work hard to make things right.

Cons

Disorganization causes excess amounts of work. A lot of bureaucracy and top heavy management stiffes potential growth. Micro-management. Everything is reactive and never pro-active. Service department is expensive and will not return calls. This causes a lot of distrust with clients that are actively working with projects (new installs). Due to the pressure to perform and make quota, sales tries to return calls however most need to be triaged which leaves many calls unanswered. *If you want good professional service from a fire protection company, you're better off looking elsewhere.
