Base Salary is competitive into the area of Milwaukee, It is one of the largest companies in Milwaukee

Cons

Lack of vision and mission, lost of company values, uncertanly for future, lack of care for employees, no work balance, lack of communication, lost of profit, bad financial planning, lost on stock value, good employees are punished with more work, medical benifis reduced year over year, freeze on salary increase, redcution on bonus, bad work environment, people is getting fire with out any awarness or respect, large cuts with out a plan or assesment for impact, lost of overall track for company growth

Lack of Management Experience (Some people in middle management seem to have got their seniority not through skill nor experience, but by sticking around for years.) Patronizing and bully management Micromanagement at its "best" Lack of training Changes to work policies only communicated and not discussed (e.g. flexible working hours, remote work, travelling expenses)
