      I believe that a pro for my current employer would be that they had a good work environment, good hours and good people to work with.

      Cons

      I believe that cons for my current employer would climate control. Although I would be willing to work under any condition.

      Company values are great, at least the ones that they preach. As for the practice It is much different. Sad

      Cons

      Senior management and managers are out of touch with supervisors and EEs. Which creates a poor working environment. This plant could be a great place to work if the top would treat everyone like a person and not a number.
