No growth and no support can be easily depicted through High employee turnover. You are looked down upon and even goes in your feedback even though they constantly chant 'No question is stupid'. You would not be given a promotion especially in audit because management is more keen on getting employees from other countries who accept being demoted in order to come to Ireland to work. Toxic work culture in Audit - no growth opportunities, managers and other directors only promote their 'friends'. Directors set unreasonable deadlines and do not appreciate you putting overtime - everything is micromanaged to the point that you feel scared and on edge all the time. Received personal comments over how you sit/ whom you hang out with are passed. No action is taken if you raise to Partners as they side with senior employees.
