Pros
The team I worked with included smart and bright individuals. We also interacted with offshore teams, and they were very resourceful and knowledgeable. Things go under when you start interacting with Advisory MDs and Partners
Cons
The MDs and Partners are the worst and the biggest hypocrites you will ever find. In team meetings, they are all about teaming, values, collaboration, client service, etc. When the "veil is lifted," their true nature is on full display and you get to see the true essence of KPMG. As one reviewer said, this firm is a JOKE. I would say they are HYPOCRITES. I hope their clients realize this as well.
