Pros

Globally recognized name, great people, currently has flexible work schedules. Lots of opportunity to gain wisdom for beginner admins. Stay for 2 years and move on. The role gives enough so an employee gets familiarized and can network. It’s the least cut throat of the Big4 so far.

Cons

They are outsourcing much of their internal operations groups and not paying much. Lots of politics and obstacles to move up the career ladder. They are laying off the high performing staff and focusing on admin centers of service as the end goal. So much unfair treatment occurs here. Lots of layoffs since the new regime took over. Internal Staff are mislead about future vision of the firm so it’s unstable. Other jobs pay higher.

Pros

Good brand Good learning opportunities Exciting engagement

Cons

Toxic self-centered culture lack of compassion/ slavery culture sometimes Privilege culture in some areas involves racial and social profiling ( ivory tower for specific backgrounds vs slaves profiling for others) Work-Life balance doesn't exist Senior management living in different planet ( PR campaigns about caring for well-being) while they work everyone to the point of burndown
