      Please be reminded that the Seoul office is not part of the global ATKearney. It's a separate entity.

      Pros

      It's considered a decent company compared to average local firms in South Korea.

      Cons

      This place is known for their classic Korean office environment which is often unbearable to most people from western culture. This place is not a branch which means it is run by local people and there is no interference from the global. Even the local employees leave the place in less than a year due to corruption and uncivilized business practices.

      Pros

      Awesome firm that value its employees Liberty and room to share your ideas and express your concerns Hard work and your contributions to the firm are always acknowledged. Leadership in the Creative Department (Production Services) is of top level. Under Global Director PS the department has diversified service line offerings and has become the back bone for the firm.

      Cons

      Not applicable as I have been with the firm for the past 18 years and seen many things change firm wide, everything is for good.
