Pros

Deep expertise very apparent to clients, high credibility Unbureaucratic, gives more freedom to try things most times Promotion times shortening now in London (WIP) Very friendly culture, good place to learn

Cons

Too many old-timers lack confidence, believe every other firm is better (why not apply?) Training needs more priority still

Pros

Great benefits, i.e., salary competitive, vacation time, etc.

Cons

Easily cuts and outsources overseas for SG&A during economic downturns. Spends a lot at the top, little at the mid to lower bottom of the employee ranks.
