Pros

1. Awesome work life balance. Everyome takes 2 hour lunch breaks and no one could care less. Work from home is also great, everyone can catch up on game of throne series 3. No restrictions on websites. Majority of the people has facebook, youtube or shadi.com open all the time 4. Amazing lunches - 4 course meals (slightly Salty and oily on some days), free soft drinks, chips, bread butter 5. Good pay for doing no work (copy pasting at the most)

Cons

1. Its a swamp. If you get stuck, you won't be able to go anywhere as there are no growth or exit options 2. If you're good at politics and back biting, you'll do an amazing job here. Bcoz thats what people do here the entire day 3. The unit is down and has no hope remaining. It reminds me of a retirement home. 4. If you have any career plans or ambition, you won't stay here for more than a month. Even the brand of atk has gone down 5. New recruitments have been horrible. They talk in broken English and make this place resemble a local bpo

The worst mistake of my life!

Pros

Pros · Close proximity to the metro station · Low to practically no work · Good office food · Some good looking consultants are working on the upper floor

Cons

ons · No unity among the so-called managers. They internally hate each other and plot against each other. Their sole objective is to create faults in each other’s work (not that they do work in the first place). There are lousy 2 hr meetings on things such as food menus during “fun Fridays”, rubbish initiatives which have zero productivity. · This is only a place for boot lickers. There are several managers who recommend employees for promotion on the basis of their ability to entertain the managers during meals, praise them on their ridiculous inexistent weight loss achievements, praise them and sing songs of how wonderful they are looking each morning (although they don’t look great at all), forcibly ask about their children and listen to hours of boring stories instead of doing billable work · This place is not meant for go-getters or anyone having any ambition in life. It’s meant for those who glorify mediocrity, ignorance, and dismay. There are practically no travel opportunities. And what’s the most painful is the quality of work. I spent 4 years of my life doing only google search. There is no earthly connection with any sort of brain work. I have felt that my IQ has eroded over the years and now I take time to calculate 12 times 5. · 27 people left AT Kearney in one year, while the strength was 65! That is how bad things are. All that the managers and co-leads care about is how the poor glassdoor reviews will reflect in front of their European boss. · MY ADVICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS FIRM: DON’T!!!!!! RUN!!! Run as far as you can before you knowingly wreck your life. This place was once a wonderland with the former Director in place. After his untimely departure from the firm, this place has become fraught with evil, pathetic mis-management, and has become a grave for all talent in the industry. Becoming a house wife or selling vegetables on the road will be better. · Earlier to used to hire talent from top colleges such as CBS and North Campus. Now they go to rubbish colleges that have no academic standing, and recruit in heards. My advice – Just do not even think about it! Try any other firm.

Marketing Manger

Pros

--Limitless opportunities for marketers at every level to have their work put into the marketplace unencumbered by filters or editorial/strategic review. --Mostly predictable 9-5 work unless you're a coordinator having to work slavishly on events that have ill-defined strategic direction and/or ROI.

Cons

--See above about getting work into marketplace unencumbered by filters. --A vaseline-lens marketing culture led by a narcisstic CMO who propogates toxicity marked by undermining through backchannel means, bias based upon perceived threats to her authority, and excessive and unchecked spending on "me" investments with zero demonstrable value. --Too much upstream hand waving and posturing for the sole benefit of the CMO, but not the firm. --CMO's leadership is directionless both up and downstream, but especially latter. --No transparency into budget which is used as a slush fund for CMO to spend at-will and unchecked.
