Company is good ,A lot of opportunities , Fast pace environment Best part is manager kamalesh giri sir , Recently I have been part of genai intiative started by him He is visionary always lead team by example. Even though being manager ,he sits with us late night in critical moment and helps with all delivery. Some times timeline are strict but it's all about consulatency environment

Almost pervasive insecurity about not being MBB which limits potential of consultants at every level and creates territorial behaviour as Partners try to justify their salary. Still many Partners lack emotional intelligence and willingness to be honest and vulnerable about weaknesses
