      Pros

      Pay, hours, overtime, free coffee, nice office

      Cons

      The company offers no sick pay. The managers are extremely biased and wo try to make your job miserable so you will quit. They don't want to fire you. If a manager feels threatened by you they will try to get you fired. The managers on the o&m team is an extreme micromanager to the point where it causes you extra work. The PTO system is hectic and will show you have time when you really don't. So you get an unpaid vacation. Kemira does nothing to remedy this. Human resources also can not be trusted everything is supposed to be anonymous but they will tell your managers.

      Pros

      Good hard working people that actually do the day-to-day work, good benefits, flexibility. Good products and customers.

      Cons

      Poor leadership all the way to the CEO. Changes in organizational structure occur too often leading to confusion and poor production.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Having water departments as customers makes the business recession-proof. We barely noticed the recession, and kept working, and getting raises the whole time. The company has vast resources, and goes first-class on equipment.

      Cons

      Corporate likes uniformity on everything. The corporation is run from "the top down." Local managers don't seem to have much authority to run things their way. There is a lot of bureaucracy. But, it's still a good place to have a career.
