The only good thing is that they have flexible hours

Cons

This is really the worst place to work at. They have very little consideration for employees here, they treat us like we don't matter. The pay is horrible and management sucks. Everyone here is petty and will do anything to make you feel underappreciated. They literally do not care about you at all.

Job is highly dependent on being in the right "click."

Cons

The job burns out the sales force and customer service as noted by continuous turnover. All the while, the corporation tells you how valuable you are and how they maintain a respectful workplace and follow the UN charter on Human Rights. It is not true.

Pros

Used to having good culture and good pay. Not any more.

Cons

The company does not care about its employees. There are no career development plans, employees voices are ignored. Bonus target is so high. It is close to non existing. Some managers in IT are particularly good at micromanagement and creating hostile work culture. HR developed tools to support them. Management is very old fashioned and lacks professionalism and integrity. A high turn over rate. This is a company for relatives and friends. Not for career advancement unless you are related to some bosses.
