They train you from A to Z on how the job is done. Additionally, you can attend free language courses within working hours. Friendly colleagues, reliable employer

Cons

It is a very stressful and emotionally tiring job. Open office space means you constantly hear at least 10 phones ringing and many of your colleagues talking loudly on the phone.
