      Pros

      Basic, easy to come in perform job.

      Cons

      Unfair treatment employees. Hiring under "Trainer" position which is salaried to hide employee's lack of working hours. I think it is inappropriate to not require the same level of accountability for all employees. Why is timecard fraud okay for some but union workers are required to abide by union rules and LCA rules? We are expected to show up on time and do our job, but others are not.

      Have the lab to myself. Learning a lot every day. Not near the stress of a hospital.

      Cons

      No one here to help. No one to ask here. Manager and supervisor live in different states, from me, and from each other. Was hired, then 3 staff quit 1st month, and I am truly on my own doing everything, but being asked to do so much each day. I wasn't trained on instruments like regular new hires, but read manuals, and not trained on LIS much than basics. It has been a huge challenge from day 1 ... and people are happy with all I have done

      Lots. Working here will give you depression, anxiety, and anger management issues.
