Lots of hours available. Plenty of work to do. Opportunities to move up because the turnover is relatively high from what I've seen.

Cons

Not the best pay. I didn't feel valued by the company at all. Benefits feel like a bait and switch. Many perks available from the company, but it's like pulling teeth to actually qualify for them. Too many barriers. It felt like I was in an abusive relationship with my employer when I worked here. I was constantly promised things, but then found out later that I needed to do something that I wasn't informed about and therefore, I didn't get my perk or it was delayed.
