I have learned a lot in a short time and have also grown professionally. The support and mentorship I’ve received from my coworkers have been incredible. I’ve learned so much and grown in ways I never imagined. I can confidently say I’ve become a better medical technologist.

Cons

One area I believe could be improved is leadership communication and organization. I feel there’s room for improvement is the salary. The compensation doesn’t always reflect the level of responsibility, effort, and skill required for the role.
