Pros

Meaningful work environment, great supervisors and management. Decent pay for the workload.

Cons

In person hands-on trainings could prove useful. A lot of time-consuming computerized training modules with lengthy test at the end. Reminds me of college courses. Time could be more efficiently used to serve patients and clients.

Pros

free lab work, ample vacation time

Cons

You are worth literally nothing to management. All that matters is the bottom line and that their metrics look pretty. They promote people after getting screenshots proving sexual harassment.

Pros

pay was decent, as well as the benefits. We got to work from home before COVID hit.

Cons

requesting PTO was horrid, the pay rate was atrocious for the work and load expected, upper management never stuck up for the team, you were expected to bend over backward and got nothing in return, rampant favoritism, the team was pitted against each other, and rules change constantly.
