Processes in the laboratory are very organized and thought out. Pay is competitive and benefits are good. Proud to be working for a high quality organization.

Cons

Third party vendor that handles benefit onboarding needs clearer instructions for how to satisfy documentation of dependents. I had an issue submitting documentation by the deadline due to misunderstanding what was required.
