Pros

I work with some amazing co-workers.

Cons

Employees work 7 days a week for multiple weeks with several 10-16 hour days. Hours start as early as 5-6 am for check-ins. The director’s idea of resolving not meeting enrollment is to create multiple make-up groups forcing employees to work multiple days w/o a day off. Several employees have quit, leaving untrained employees behind. HR brought in staff from other sites to try to train, but they are smaller sites & advise that they do not know our policies so training has not been helpful. Even though the Dallas site is short staffed, the director has been firing employees instead of taking steps to provide adequate training, or write employees up or issue warnings when they make mistakes. Employees are severely overworked & stressed out. This is the most inhumane work environment that I have seen.
