Pros

Great place for people who are willing to learn constantly and go beyong their job description. I have learnt so much about the industry and trials. Great people to work with which is the most important aspect for me. Managament empowers me, so no micro-management.

Cons

Some late working hours are neccessary due to time zone differences with internal and external clients.
