No cons honestly. This job is amazing.

Managers lie about schedule and job duties in interviews; too much mandatory overtime, no work / life balance; minimal break times; extreme minute to minute micro-managing; high stress; difficult to get time off approved; disorganized, incompetent management; no positive feedback, only negative; constant turn-over; little or very slow reponse to employee concerns; you are left feeling like you have no value as an employee.
