Cons
The mundane tedious daily onslaught of negativity from the management is toxic. Your existence is squarely based on your mistakes. There is zero positive feedback. There are several "levels" or "buckets" that one works in, and if you start at the bottom, and you express interest in advancement to soon, you will stay at the bottom forever. Did I say zero positive feedback?
