The scheduling. 4 and 3 day offerings for full time. Benefits are good, I like the health insurance and my 401k is doing great.

Cons

Variable workload but its sort of unavoidable in this environment. There can be a lot of downtime. When its full staffed it seems over-staffed to me but that comes in handy because the turnover rate is rather high. This is used as an entry-level lab tech job. I believe experience varies greatly depending on department.

This company doesn’t pay enough, the highest raise you can get is 50 cent, no bonuses and if someone is on vacation you have to do there work and there’s while still doing production. Worst company I’ve worked for.
