Pay is total garbage. Wouldn't increase past 16. Severely understaffed. Terrible training and days off are hard to get

Really great PTO, average benefits, great fellow techs.

Cons

I worked 9 months of straight 10-15% mandatory overtime. Training plans make no sense when certain areas are losing speed on production, they put highly efficient individuals in another area. They’re maximizing production at the expense of your health and wellbeinh.
