Labcorp is a big company that Is a familiar name on a resume. You get tons of experience and can get as much overtime as you want. Benefits are relatively good.

Cons

Pay is 10-20% less than other labs. HR drags their feet on getting people hired. Metrics prevent instruments from getting replaced. Decisions get made about benches with complete disregard to the people working on them.
