Prejudice against african americans, lab assistants get looked down on, schedule time off a couple days ahead of time, wants every detail throughout your day, long hours, work weekends, can't change your hours unless its a degree to be a tech., 6 penalties for calling in OR leaving early before shift ends, supervisors has their favorites, must reach your goals. And you have to wait a year to move into a different department. They don't care if your children are sick, come in for work regardless of what's happening in your life
