Cons
* A very large organization so sometimes people don't fully understand their roles & responsibilities themselves which can leave a gap in your project if you're not careful * Large projects that run across many teams/orgs can slow processes down. Find ways to speed it up * Risk of having too many people involved in your project and have overlapping / duplicate roles & responsibilities
