Pros

All the Over time you want

Cons

Training is horrible, benefits and 401K not that great. They have obstacles to hold you back from advancements and raises.

Pros

Employees had a free gym membership in their local gym.

Cons

Strict. Easy to feel like robot because of scripted introduction and how to handle certain situations. Inbound call center can be overwhelming if it's not your career path.

Pros

You know your work makes a difference and helps people. Coworkers and environment is fun and it is good pay. They are starting a new work from home initiative that may be promising, but its going slowly.

Cons

They use a point system for attendance that makes it impossible for employees who have families. It's hard to even get approved time off as well if you try to plan. And attendance is factored into performance reviews which makes it impossible to move up into other positions. For those who qualify, FMLA is the only protection. After two years, I have to use it for common illnesses just to fight off the point system. As for moving up, there are numerous employees who have been told they got the promotion only to be put on a waiting list, some waiting over a year. The benefits are pretty expensive as well.
